Pikaboo
Pikaboos (pronounced PIKA-boo) are the smallest of all the cryptid hare species. They inhabit high altitude mountainous regions all over the world. They are fond of gathering grasses for creating knitting nests in rocky alcoves. They have created a barter market with local bees for wildflower honey. The Pikaboos collect the plants for their nests, and trade the flowers for local bee-made mead. Bark a hello echo to them from across the valley, and they will bark back and share their mead with you.
Our Pikaboo base is created from 20/3 spun mulberry silk. "20/3" means a yarn made of 3 strands (the bottom number) of size 20 (the top number) silk thread. The higher the number, the finer the individual strands of silk.
All our yarns are hand-dyed in small batches. Catch all the Pikaboo colors in our Etsy Shop before they hop away!
