Totochtin

Totochtin are a Latin American version of the jackalope.  Resemling the desert jackrabbit, they are quite gregarious and frequently gather for massive parties, often 400+ in attendance.  They dance under the full moon and drinking their favorite spirit, tequila.  Their parties can last for days, with their thumping feet known to cause local earthquakes.

Our Totochtin base is created from the shortest fibers remaining from the reeling and spinning processes.  Combined with a strand of finer yarn, Totochtin has a lofty, fluffy, wavy appearance.  This yarn comes in chonk weight, and is approximately 80m/100g.

All our yarns are hand-dyed in small batches.  Catch all the Totochtin colors in our Etsy Shop before they hop away!
