This yarn is created from 100% mulberry silk spun from the longer fibers remaining after the primary reeling and spinning processes.  The color is rich and engaging deep orange.  (Linus is still waiting...)  Traditional dyeing techniques are used to create this uplifting colorway.

This light, 2-ply yarn is perfect for Estonian and Shetland lace, tops, shawls, or anything you need from a light, airy fiber.  This yarn is also perfect for weaving as the warp and weft.  You can even create magical tatting or micro macrame.
