Dilldap - Mango Flamingo

This yarn is 142 yards of bulky weight (5) with a feel similar to leathery wool.  If you like wool, but are sensitive, this yarn is for you!

This yarn is created from 100% mulberry silk spun from the shortest fibers remaining after the primary reeling and spinning processes.  The color is rich and engaging, a combination of pink and orange, imagine a flamingo sipping on a boat drink in the Bahamas.  Traditional dyeing techniques are used to create this bright colorway.

This bulky, 4-ply yarn is perfect for sweaters and afghans, toys and stuffies, cowls and hoods, or anything you like to stay warm and toasty.

This yarn is best used on 5.5 - 8.0 mm needles or crochet hooks, or size best suited to your project.
