Skvader 6 - Flowers Along the Way

This yarn is 450 yards of Fine/Sport Weight (2) delight.  

This yarn is created from 100% Mulberry silk spun from the longer fibers remaining after the primary reeling and spinning processes.  This yarn has a matte finish.  The individual plies, in this case 6, are then spun together to provide a yarn that yields a lovely drapey, flowy fabric.  The color is rich and engaging combination of pastel green, purple, pink, and peach.  Traditional dyeing techniques are used to create this uplifting colorway.

This yarn is perfect for sweaters, cowls, tops, shawls, baby blankets or anything you need from a sport weight.  This yarn is also perfect for macrame and thick woven projects.

Care Instructions:  Hand wash in the sink with cold water, using a light detergent such as Dawn Dish Washing Liquid, or similar gentle cleanser.  In the first few washes, some of the overdye will come out.  Squeeze gently and roll up in a towel to remove excess water.  Lay flat and shape to dry.
