Skvader 6 - Second Chance Romance

This yarn is 350 yards of Fine/Sport Weight (2) joy.  

This yarn is created from 100% Eri silk spun from the longer fibers remaining after the primary reeling and spinning processes.  Eri silk has a unique wool-like loft and feel.  The individual plies, in this case 6, are then spun together to provide a yarn that yields a lovely drapey, flowy fabric.  The color is rich and engaging combination of tweedy silvery-grey earth colors.  Traditional dyeing techniques are used to create this uplifting colorway.

This yarn is perfect for sweaters, cowls, tops, shawls, baby blankets or anything you need from a sport weight.  This yarn is also perfect for macrame and thick woven projects.

Care Instructions:  Hand wash in the sink with cold water, using a light detergent such as Dawn Dish Washing Liquid, or similar gentle cleanser.  In the first few washes, some of the overdye will come out.  Squeeze gently and roll up in a towel to remove excess water.  Lay flat and shape to dry.
